The Continental USA and Canada is defined for the purposes of our shipping and handling charges as the 48 contiguous states of the USA and the ten provinces and three territories of Canada.
Items ordered through http://shophyperline.com are shipped UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post/USPS or other freight forwarders at the discretion of Hyperline based on shipping dimensions and weight. A street address is required for delivery. Products will be delivered standard ground transportation, which usually takes 4-7 business days. Customers may request express delivery, which usually takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. All orders placed before 12 p.m. may be applicable for same business day shipping. Orders including certain products that are very large in size or fragile may include an additional shipping charge. Hyperline cannot guarantee delivery dates or overnight delivery on international orders as customs procedures and other factors may sometimes cause a delivery delays.
If you place an order online that goes to an APO, FPO, Alaskan, Puerto Rican, or Hawaiian shipping address you will be called or emailed to approve an added variable shipping charge depending on where the order is going. If you are unable to be reached within 48 hours, the order may be disregarded and payment refunded.
