Description
Our PRODATA and OCTOGRATE raised flooring systems are based on a high-quality aluminum die cast panels with an orthotropic design. These are produced with maximum precision and accurate fitting. Their high load-bearing capacity and abrasion resistance with respect to ventilation make these systems invaluable for use in clean rooms and other fields of application with high technical requirements. These systems, constructed of perforated ventilation panels, are available with up to 54% free airflow. The outlets are on the top of the panel with round holes. The standard numbers of holes are 256, 512, 1024 or 1156 with diameters of 8 – 12.7 mm (0.3” – 0.5”). Existing solid panels can also be later easily turned into these perforated ventilation panels.

The ventilation diagram is for determining the air volume, depending on the air speed and pressure loss per ventilation panel. The great amount of free airflow provided by our perforated ventilation panel and the quantity of perforated ventilation panels in a room make nearly anything possible.
